Golden Avenue Premium Floors? Bhai, only 3 units in total, that too 'Premium Floors'. Sounds very niche and maybe a bit too exclusive for a first-time buyer like me. Security for such a small project can either be super tight or completely neglected. What's the ground reality?

Totally agree with you! 3 units? That's barely a society. Feels more like a glorified bungalow. My main concern is if the security staff would be dedicated enough for such a small complex.
