Is Goyal Luxury Floors delivery on time a concern for investors?
Did a site visit to Goyal Luxury Floors By Rahul Mangla on Saturday. Honestly, project location and plans look good, but I'm an investor, fed up of renting, and want solid returns. Builder ka track record kaisa hai for timely delivery? Upcoming project hai, toh under-construction risk kaafi high lag raha hai. Kya inka koi pehle ka project time pe deliver hua hai? Not sure if this 2.65 Cr investment makes sense agar delays honge. Matlab, ROI pe impact aayega na? Any experiences with their previous projects' possession timelines? Long-term wealth creation dekh raha hoon.

Sahi keh rahe ho yaar. This is my biggest fear with under-construction projects. Builder ke promises toh bade bade hote hain, but jab delivery ki baat aati hai, tab asliyat pata chalti hai. 2.65 Cr is a huge amount, can't risk it with delays.
True that. But sometimes, smaller projects by lesser-known builders can offer better value if they deliver. The problem is assessing that risk. For 2.7 Cr, it's not a small gamble at all
