Is Greater Noida's appreciation slowing down?

Visited Godrej and ATS projects in Sector 150 last weekend. Many suggest Greater Noida's market is peaking, but I disagree. The full impact of Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway is yet to manifest. My data shows 3BHKs in Noida Extension still offer 7% appreciation. While initial 2x gains are past, long-term investments near infrastructure corridors indicate stable ROI. Disagree? Tell me why.
