Is Greater Noida's current price rise sustainable?

Visited a few projects last weekend. Prices have really shot up, lag raha hai. I'm looking at my first 2BHK, it's already ₹70L+! My parents keep saying market bahut upar hai, correction aayega. Is this current price rise sustainable till 2026, especially with Jewar Airport work? Yaar, will it keep going up? Should I wait, ya abhi le lun? For appreciation in the next 2-3 years, which areas do you think are best for investment? Sector 150 ya Noida Extension?
