Property prices in Golf Course Extension Road shot up 20% last year. I'm eyeing a 2BHK around ₹1.8 Cr in Sector 65. My parents say Gurgaon has peaked, but with Dwarka Expressway almost done and Global City coming, I'm confused. Honestly, not sure if it's still good for capital appreciation by 2026-27. Is it worth buying now, or should I wait? My budget is tight. Kya lagta hai, market cool down hoga? Anyone bought recently in Dwarka Expressway sectors (like 102-113) or Sohna Road? Growth sustainable hai ya bubble? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
