My loan pre-approved, but I'm stuck on current Gurgaon prices. Honestly, the Sector 50 appreciation feels inflated. I work in RE, but for 2026, are we due for a correction, or will Dwarka Expressway keep rising?

Bilkul sahi keh rahe ho yaar. Main bhi Sector 50 mein dekh raha tha, but prices sunke toh hosh ud gaye. Lagta hai abhi wait karna hi theek hai. Itna upar kaise ja sakte hain prices?
