My kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place anymore. We're thinking of selling our current large house and moving to a compact, low-maintenance 2BHK or 3BHK flat in Gurgaon. Honestly, the resale market feels a bit slow for sellers right now, is that just me? And for buying, should we trust under-construction projects, even with RERA? Or is ready-to-move the only safe bet? Looking at areas like Golf Course Extension or maybe Sectors 82-84. Any thoughts on builders like DLF or Emaar for good societies with elevators and hospital access?

Haan bhai, resale market toh sach mein slow hai. Hum bhi apna 1BHK bechne ka soch rahe the Badshahpur mein, lekin offers bilkul nahi aa rahe. Builders ka focus naye launches pe hai, toh purani properties pe kaun dekhega?
Sahi keh rahe ho. Aur under-construction mein bhi RERA ka bharosa nahi hota. Mera ek dost फस गया था Sector 83 mein, builder ne project delay kar diya. Possession date pe sirf bahane milte hain.
