Is Habsiguda worth the price for a first-time buyer?
Okay I'll be honest — I'm completely overwhelmed trying to figure out where to buy my first place. I'm looking at Habsiguda for a 2BHK, budget around ₹90L. Prices there seem pretty steep for what's available, honestly not sure if it's justified. Is there negotiation room for first-time buyers? My office is in Gachibowli, so metro connectivity is huge. How's the daily commute from Habsiguda to the Financial District via metro? Is it too crowded during peak hours? Also, what's actual resident life like there day-to-day? Is it a good area for a young professional, or is it more for families? What's the general vibe?

Totally agree. Habsiguda is good but for that budget, you might get better value a little
Yaar, same boat! ₹90L for a 2BHK in Habsiguda feels like a stretch. I was looking there too, but the prices are just insane now. Lagta hai sab kuch over-priced ho gaya hai. Negotiation? Mujhe toh nahi lagta builders zyada discount dete hain first-time buyers ko, especially in prime areas. My friend tried in Begumpet, no luck.
