₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK along the Haryana corridor feels completely mad. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 50, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. The prices near Dwarka Expressway are just insane now. Builders are quoting huge premiums, saying it's all because of the new road projects and metro extensions. Honestly, not sure if this price jump is even justified, or if they're just cashing in. Already have a home loan, so this EMI jump is scary. What's the real ground reality? Which pockets actually benefited from all this infra?

Bhai, ye builders toh bas mauka dekh rahe hain. Mera ek relative ne Sriflex Projects mein booking karwayi thi 2019 mein Dwarka Expressway ke paas.
Totally agree! 1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in the corridor? That's almost what I'm seeing for established sectors. My budget was around 1.1-1.2 Cr, but ab toh lagta hai dream hi hai. It's so disheartening.
