Okay, I'll be honest — I'm completely fed up of renting. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, it's just not worth it anymore. Everyone glorifies the 'High Rental Yield' corridor for investment, but is it really just infrastructure ka magic? I'm talking about the new metro lines and expressways. Prices wahan pe bohot badhe hain, but is that appreciation sustainable, ya bas hype hai? Which specific pockets within 'High Rental Yield' do you guys think actually benefited the most from all this infra development? Or is it all just speculation now? Change my mind.

Mujhe toh lagta hai sab hype hai. Metro aayi, expressway bana, but prices sky-high ho gaye. Kya koi actual return mila hai ya bas speculation? Adigara Kallahalli mein toh bohot badhe hain, but sustainable hai kya?
Totally agree U1! Adigara Kallahalli mein prices dekh ke toh darr lagta hai. Rental yield ki baat karte hain but EMI toh usse double hai. Kya fayda hua fir?
