Is High Rental Yield still worth it in Bangalore?

Okay, I'll say what nobody wants to admit about High Rental Yield areas in Bangalore. Fed up of renting, landlord hiked again. Everyone talks about the great ROI, but has anyone noticed how flat the price appreciation has been in the last 1-2 years? My EMI vs rent math only works if prices keep moving up. Not sure if it's peaked. Is it worth buying now, or should I wait for a dip? Change my mind.
