Is it smart to buy near Jewar Airport now?

Just moved into Stellar One in Sector 144 last month. Everything's new, but I'm already thinking long-term investment. Heard a lot about Jewar Airport boosting prices. Is it already priced in, or is there still room to grow? Also, plot vs flat – which gives better returns near the Yamuna Expressway? Honestly not sure which way to go. Has anyone invested specifically targeting the airport's impact? Should I even bother or look elsewhere in Noida?
