Is it the right time to buy in Gurgaon now?

Golf Course Extension Road — every broker is pushing properties here. Fed up of renting yaar, landlord ne rent fir badha diya hai. Meri 2BHK ka rent ab almost ₹45k ho gaya hai. Finally soch raha hu apna ghar le lun. Dekh raha hu 2BHKs around ₹1.8 Cr. Par prices toh already bahut high lag rahe. Dwarka Expressway bhi almost ready hai, toh kya aur badhenge prices? Ya yeh abhi hi peak hai? Should I wait for some correction, ya abhi jump in kar lun?

Bhai, ₹1.8 Cr for a 2BHK on GCER is too much yaar. Dwarka Expressway ka hype toh hai, par uske completion mein abhi bhi time hai. Kya guarantee ki prices aur badhenge?

Totally agree with you. ₹45k rent is high, but ₹1.8 Cr EMI will be even higher, plus maintenance! Itna budget kaise stretch karein?
