Is it too late to invest in Bengaluru infra areas?
Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. Now I'm seriously looking for a 2BHK in Bengaluru, budget is around ₹80L to ₹1.2 Cr. Everyone keeps talking about how Namma Metro Phase 2/3 and the Peripheral Ring Road will change everything. I'm eyeing areas like Harlur or maybe even Sarjapur Road, but prices already seem high. My parents keep saying wait, but I feel like I'll miss the boat. Kya kisi ko idea hai which areas will actually benefit most from these infra projects? Like for real appreciation, not just builder hype. Aur, is it even possible to find anything decent and affordable near these upcoming corridors now, ya sab already priced in ho gaya hai? Prestige ke projects bhi dekhe hain, but kaafi expensive lag rahe. Confused hu yaar.

Dekho, infra projects ka hype bahut hota hai, but real appreciation takes time. My cousin booked a flat near Aavalahalli thinking Metro extension would double prices. Abhi tak kuch khaas movement nahi hai, aur construction bhi slow hai. Builders just use future promises to push pre-launch
Bhai, exactly my thoughts! I'm also looking for a 2BHK with a similar budget. This 'missing the boat' feeling is real, especially with Sarjapur Road prices.
