Is it too late to ride the Chandigarh real estate wave?
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in New Chandigarh and Aerocity. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 44, thinking of upgrading to a bigger 3BHK or maybe even a villa. My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr to ₹2.5 Cr. Honestly, everyone talks about Chandigarh real estate 'peaking' soon, but I think it's still early days for areas like New Chandigarh and Aerocity. The PR7 Airport Road and Mohali Airport expansion... these aren't small things, yaar. Builders like DLF and Godrej wahan projects laa rahe hain. Is it just me, or is the actual 'boom' yet to come? Should I jump in now, or hold off? Is the current pricing justified by future growth, ya phir it's all speculation? I'm trying to decide if this is the right 'market-timing' for a big upgrade. Already have a home loan, so a big jump needs to make sense. What are your actual experiences? Change my mind if you disagree.

Bhai, tumhari baat mein dum hai! I totally agree. New Chandigarh aur Aerocity abhi bhi nascent stages mein hain compared to what they can become. PR7 connectivity, airport expansion, aur Godrej jaise bade players ka aana... yeh sab long-term growth indicators hain. I think it's a good time to enter, especially for a 3BHK upgrade. Prices have gone up, no doubt, but the infra development is real.
