Is Jay Hind Apartment's clubhouse actually used?

Did a site visit to Jay Hind Apartment last Saturday. Kids have moved out, so we're looking to sell our big house and get something smaller, more manageable in a good society. The brochures showed lovely green spaces and a grand clubhouse. Honestly, not sure if those amenities are actually used or just for show. Is the clubhouse always empty? And the kids' play area looked a bit small, will it be safe and usable for grandkids? Would love to hear real experiences from residents about these facilities.
