Is Jaypee Budh Circuit Studios II livable for families?

Jaypee Budh Circuit Studios II looks good on price, but carpet area worries me for my growing family. My wife needs good schools and a safe environment for kids. Can studios genuinely work for family living, or are they bachelor pads? What's actual livability like? Any space hacks?
