Is just RERA registration enough for Noida properties?
Visited AIGIN Group's AKS Rose 4 last weekend. They showed RERA docs, but my lawyer friend warned that's just surface level. Everyone says 'RERA compliant', but who *really* checks a builder's past legal track record? I feel like most just verify the registration number. Is that enough for a first-time investor in Noida? Change my mind.
