Yaar, I've been eyeing Kalka Apartment for a while. That ₹45 L – ₹75 L range seems decent for a first home. But that 2020 possession date... is it really done? Or builder ne phir se date extend kar di hogi? Bahut tension ho rahi hai.
Exactly, U2! Builders ka toh yeh common tactic hai. Same happened with my friend in a project near Anand Vihar. Headache only.
Bhai, U1, you hit the nail on the head! 2020 is a big red flag. Mera cousin bhi ek project mein phasa tha jahan builder ne possession date pehle 2018 bola, phir 2020, abhi tak kuch nahi mila. Kalka Apartment ka bhi same scene lag raha hai. Check their RERA status, I heard it's still 'Under Construction' despite the 'official' date. ROI ki toh baat hi chhod do, pehle ghar mil jaaye wohi badi baat hai. I'd be super cautious, especially with that 'null' status. Builders play a lot of games with these dates.
