₹1.1 Cr for Kasturi Eon Homes was a big decision. Just moved in. My hack: amenities ka real picture builder ke maintenance team se confirm karo. Operational hours, actual crowd, yeh sab brochure mein nahi hota. Pool timings ya gym kitna useful hai, tab pata chalta hai. Hope this helps!

So, what's the actual status of amenities for Kasturi Eon Homes B2 right now? Pool operational? Gym functional? What about the total units, are they all sold out or still many left? It says 183 units for the project.

My experience with another Kasturi project was similar. Amenities were shown as world-class, but the upkeep post-possession was terrible. The maintenance team barely showed up. Pool was often dirty, gym equipment broken. It's not just about what's *there*, but how well it's *maintained*. This 'hack' about talking to the maintenance team is gold, but sometimes they also hide things or give vague answers. It's a huge risk for such a big investment.
₹1.1 Cr for a flat whose possession is in 2027? Bhai, that's a long wait. And the price range is ₹1.1 Cr to ₹1.2 Cr. Is the market really that hot in Pune right now that people are paying so much for projects still under construction? I'm scouting in Sinhagad Road and prices are high, but this seems a bit much for a future possession. What if the project gets delayed even further?
Exactly! Builder log sirf brochure mein bade bade photos dikhate hain. Actual delivery mein kitna time lagta hai. I'm worried about this exact thing for my booking.
Sahi keh rahe ho. The current market is crazy, especially for good locations. But 2027 is far. I checked their RERA number P52100048176, it clearly states the possession is Dec 2027. Plus, the project is still 'ONGOING'. Amenities will take ages to become fully functional. My cousin bought in Amanora Park Town, and even after possession, it took 2 years for the club house to be fully operational. So, the original poster's point is super valid.
Agree with the original poster. Brochures are so misleading. I'm looking at projects in Akurdi and every builder promises the moon. But actual usable amenities? That's the real test. ₹1.1 Cr is a huge amount to pay for something that's not even fully usable.
Maybe woh book karne ke baad mentally 'moved in' feel kar rahe hain, ya fir unhone Kasturi ke kisi aur phase mein move kiya hoga? My friend booked in their B1 tower last year, and even that is delayed. Builder ke promises par bharosa karna mushkil hai, especially with such a long possession date.
Moved in? But isn't Kasturi Eon Homes still ONGOING with possession date 2027? How did you move in, U1? This is confusing.
