Is Keya Life By The Lake's maintenance worth it?

Honestly, downsizing is proving tougher than I thought, especially with all the maintenance concerns. Kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place anymore, looking for something manageable near a good hospital. I'm looking at Keya Life By The Lake. Their maintenance charges seem a bit high on paper. But is the service quality actually value for money? Kya unki security, common area upkeep, aur lift maintenance sahi hai ya bas bill badha dete hain? My biggest worry is paying a lot for poor service. Anyone living there, please share your experience.
