Is Kkay actually delivering on time in Sector 44?

Anyone else facing endless delays with Kkay in Sector 44? They promised possession last year, but it's still not happening. I'm selling my bigger house in Block B, because the kids have moved out, and honestly don't need such a big place anymore. Now I'm stuck paying rent and EMI on the new flat. The sales guy showed me a nice brochure, but the reality is something else. Is it just me, or are others facing similar issues? Should I consider legal action, or is there a better way to deal with this? Maybe ready-to-move is better than this under-construction mess. What do you think?
