Is Kolte-Patil construction quality truly good?
What's the real construction quality like for Kolte-Patil projects in Baner? I'm looking at their 2BHKs, around ₹90L. Brochures look great, but I've heard mixed things about finishing issues post-possession from some builders. Also, how's their customer support after booking? Godrej Properties seems to have better reviews for that. And Kumar Properties, do they actually stick to delivery dates for projects in Wagholi or Hinjewadi? My parents keep saying delays are common, but I'm hoping for something on time.
