Is Krrish Provence Estate's carpet area worth it?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, and honestly, the price per sqft advertised versus what you actually pay is shocking. Just moved into Ganpati Builder Heights, and the final cost was way higher than initial quotes due to PLC and other charges. For Krrish Provence Estate, did anyone find the carpet area efficiency better despite the higher base price? Curious about actual maintenance comparisons too. Hope this helps someone.

I visited Krrish Provence Estate last month. The sample flat looked good, but the sales rep was super vague about the super built-up vs. carpet area calculation. They kept pushing the 'lifestyle' and 'amenities'. My friend bought a 2BHK in Ganpati Builder Heights near Badshahpur a couple of years back, and even after all the add-ons, uska total cost ₹45L ke aas paas hi pada. Provence ke 2BHK toh ₹70L+ ja rahe hain. The difference is huge for similar carpet area, I feel. What do others think about the actual value for money?

Exactly! Value for money is key. I checked Provence too, and the per sqft rate for carpet area was almost 25-30% higher than what they quote for super built-up. It's a clever trick. Ganpati Builder Heights ka price range bhi ₹12 L – ₹89 L hai, so it's a wide spectrum, but Provence is definitely in the higher end.
Krrish Provence? Uska maintenance bahut high suna hai maine. Carpet area efficiency pe focus karo but also factor in the long-term costs.
Bhai, totally relate to your Ganpati Builder Heights experience! These builders have so many hidden costs, it's insane. Krrish Provence Estate ka base price toh already high hai, but agar carpet area usage accha hai toh maybe worth considering. Kya koi yahan bata sakta hai ki actual usable space kitna milta hai wahan?
