Is Land Craft River Heights worth the Ghaziabad premium?
Ghaziabad market has me scratching my head lately. I'm torn between Jain Homes 02 and Land Craft River Heights Tower 18. Jain Homes is around ₹15L, Land Craft is way up at ₹70L+. I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games. But what's the real price per sqft you actually end up paying for each after all the hidden charges? Are Land Craft's fancy amenities actually well-maintained and used, or just for show? And what about maintenance charges; does Land Craft's higher fee deliver better service or is it just another cost? What's the real value for money here?

Yaar, I'm in the same boat! Ghaziabad mein prices samajh hi nahi aa rahe. Jain Homes ka budget toh theek lag raha hai, but Land Craft ka toh out of my league hai. Kya sach mein itna bada difference justify hota hai?
