Is living in Jubilee Hills actually worth the premium?
Since January I've been checking 3BHK options around Jubilee Hills because we're thinking of upgrading from our old 2BHK. But honestly, brochures versus ground reality dekh ke dimaag kharab ho gaya hai. They quote ₹4.5 Cr easily, but daily living seems like a headache. Road No. 36 aur 45 ke aas-paas itna traffic aur pub noise hai, matlab weekend evenings pe you can't even get out of your gate. Actually wait, even quiet residential pockets are seeing commercial cafes popping up. Is the price jump really worth this chaos? Has anyone here shifted recently, ya sabka yehi scene hai?

Honestly I was also trapped in this Jubilee Hills hype last month. But then someone advised us to look at Begumpet or even Banjara Hills interior lanes. Jubilee Hills mein commercialisation itna fast ho gaya hai ki residential feel bacha hi nahi hai. As a first-time buyer with strict home loan EMIs, do you think prices here will correct or will they just keep shooting up artificially?
Salarpuria Sattva is an established player, basically 1986 se hain and Bengaluru unka HQ city hai. Construction quality normally theek rehti hai, but even their premium projects carry heavy price tags now. Agar pocket allow nahi karta toh over-leveraging bilkul mat karo, interest rates will eat up everything.
Wahi toh main bhi soch raha tha. Ek dost ne bola Salarpuria Sattva ka project dekhne ke liye somewhere nearby. Unka track record kaisa hai Hyderabad mein?
In Hyderabad prime zones, prices correct hone ka chance bahut kam hai boss, baseline bas hold karta hai. Even in Ameerpet or nearby older areas, land values are totally crazy right now because demand is constant. But paying 4.5 Cr just for status when daily peace is zero makes no sense for salaried people like us.
Bhai 4.5 Cr sunte hi chakkar aa gaya mujhe. Hum log pehle se hi itna nervous hain pehla flat lene mein, aur itna paisa deke bhi agar gate se nikalne ke liye traffic jam mile toh kya point hai?
Exactly yaar, my wife and I visited a project last Sunday near Road 45. Gaadi park karne ki jagah nahi thi and pub songs clearly sunai de rahe the inside the sample flat balcony! It made me rethink completely.
