Lotus Vatika Luxurious Villas sounds great on paper, but 63-90 lakhs for only 4 units? That's a huge commitment for a first-time buyer like me. My main worry is the construction quality after a year, especially with such a small project. Kya aise projects mein builder long-term support dete hain ya investment phas jaati hai?

Haan yaar, 63L minimum bhi bahut high lag raha hai. For 4 units, it feels a bit risky. Quality check toh must hai.
