Madhapur — I'm finally trying to buy after years of renting. But the advertised prices are nowhere near the all-in cost. Is this price per sqft reality sustainable for 2026? Feeling ripped off.

Yaar, Madhapur ke prices dekh ke dimaag kharab ho raha hai. Years of saving and renting, finally thought I'd buy something. But the advertised price is just the tip of the iceberg! Builder ne bola 8000/sqft, but jab all-in cost calculate kiya toh 10,000+ ja raha hai with all the hidden charges – amenities, car parking, registration, GST. Is this price per sqft reality sustainable for 2026? Feeling totally ripped off, lagta hai I'll be renting forever.
