Paying rent in Noida Extension feels like throwing money into a black hole, honestly. My landlord hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Looking at Maxblis White House III. Everyone glorifies the 'luxury' tag, but is it genuinely a good home for daily life at ₹2.5 Cr+? I'm worried about actual carpet area efficiency. Are the layouts practical or just fancy on paper? And what's the real ground situation for schools and markets around there? Is it convenient, or will I be driving everywhere? Is it just a status symbol, or a livable space? Change my mind.

Bhai, ₹2.5 Cr for Noida Extension? That's luxury tag for sure, not value. Maxblis ka track record bhi mixed hai. Carpet area efficient hoga, I doubt. You'll find better options near Alpha I Greater Noida for that budget, maybe a ready-to-move apartment with better amenities and established infrastructure.
True, the price is high. I checked their RERA, UPRERAPRJ7418, it's legitimate. But at ₹2.5
