I'm looking at MJ Opera in Pune, for investment purposes. Builder ka track record theek lagta hai, but I'm worried about the long-term. Maintenance charges yahaan kaafi high hain, but does the actual service quality justify it? Like, security systems aur water supply, are they reliable? My biggest concern is tenant turnover agar basic facilities mein issues aaye. Parking allocation ka kya scene hai? Lottery system hai ya reserved spots milte hain? As an investor, I need to ensure a smooth experience for future tenants, warna headache ho jaata hai. What's the real ground reality there? Koi current resident bata sakta hai?
