Is MTC Constructions' no-discount policy real?

Sector 81 – MTC Constructions quoted me ₹78L for a 3BHK. I work in real estate, so I know the games. They're pushing this "no-price-drop" policy. Is anyone actually getting spot discounts in Greater Noida right now? Or is it just marketing spin?

Bhai, ye builders ka purana tactic hai. 'No discount' bolte hain but andar se deal ho jaati hai agar push karo toh. Especially in Sector 81, supply
