Is Mundhwa's monsoon nightmare really worth the 'connectivity' hype?
Just got possession of my 2BHK in Mundhwa a couple months back, and honestly, I'm kinda regretting it already. Everyone talks about Mundhwa's "prime connectivity" to IT hubs and how it's a great investment. But okay, I'll say what no one says: the waterlogging here during monsoon is absolutely insane. My society entrance was practically a swimming pool last week, and getting out meant wading through knee-deep water on the main road. The traffic becomes a standstill nightmare, not just peak hours. It makes daily life seriously challenging. Brokers definitely don't mention this when they're showing you fancy flats. Is this normal for Mundhwa, or did I just pick a bad spot? Disagree? Tell me why, because my first-hand experience is telling me something different.
