Resale of our Surya Nagar property is almost done, and I'm ready to buy a smaller 2BHK. I heard some brokers don't always share the best spot discounts or PLC waivers from builders like UPAVP, especially if their commission is low on certain units. Is it true ki direct builder se baat karke better deal mil jaati hai? Ya brokers ke paas actual mein zyada margin hota hai? Trying to get the best price for a manageable place in Indirapuram, around ₹70L. Any tips on how to handle brokers or approach builders directly for discounts?
