2.5 years in my 2BHK in Wakad, and I'm thinking of a 3BHK upgrade. Everyone glorifies the glossy brochures and amenity lists, but nobody talks about the actual snag list and post-possession headaches. I saw NBC Shrirang Park; looks good on paper, but what's the reality after a year? Are we just paying a premium for shoddy finish and endless repair calls? Honestly, the construction quality feels like an afterthought for most projects. Disagree? Tell me why.
