Is Neelmani Colony commute manageable?

Traffic in Ghaziabad is often underestimated, especially for daily commuters. I'm looking at Neelmani Colony, but metro connectivity seems a bit far. Kya udhar ka traffic daily commute ke liye manageable hai, ya resale mein issue hoga?
