Is negotiation just a myth in Hyderabad's new projects?
Honestly, I think Hyderabad property negotiation is largely a myth for new projects. Builders like Salarpuria Sattva near Hitech City Junction, they barely budge. Max 1-2% off the base price, that's it. Everyone talks about negotiating, but from my experience, it's more about getting PLC or floor rise waived, not the per sqft rate. Is it just me, ya phir sabka yahi experience hai? My last 3BHK in the Financial District, around ₹2.2 Cr, barely got any movement. The real battle is with hidden charges. Maintenance advance, society formation, utility connection fees—these add another 5-7% easily. Total cost of acquisition isn't just price + stamp duty. This is where buyers get hit. Kya lagta hai, is there any real negotiation scope left in this market? Change my mind.
