Trilokpuri – I'm honestly rethinking my strategy here. Dealt with Garg Group recently on a 3BHK, price seemed okay initially, around ₹1.8 Cr. But the final 'all-in' cost with stamp duty, PLC, and then these ridiculous possession charges they're springing up… it's impacting my projected ROI significantly. Does anyone actually negotiate successfully on new builds in Delhi? How much can you realistically shave off the listed price, say 2-3%? And what are the common 'hidden' costs I should anticipate at possession beyond the usual registry fees? I thought I had everything covered.
