Is negotiation really possible with builders like Goyal Estate Agency in Faridabad? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 81 and planning to upgrade to a 3BHK in Sector 35. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr. I've seen some projects, and the initial quotes seem pretty firm. Last time, for my 2BHK, negotiation was tough. People say builders don't budge much, especially for new projects. Kitna realistic discount expect kar sakte hain beyond the listed price? Matlab, is it just about getting some PLC waived, ya builder cash discount bhi dete hain? I'm worried about the all-in cost, especially hidden charges that pop up near possession. Koi actual experience share karega Goyal ke saath? Am I just dreaming of a good deal in Sector 35?

Bhai, Goyal ke saath negotiation? Bhool jao. Meri toh jaan nikal gayi thi pichli baar. Sector 81 mein bhi unka project dekha tha, rate chipka ke rakha tha. ₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 35 sounds high, especially if you're expecting discounts. Hidden charges toh pakka aayenge, unke liye extra budget rakhna hi padta hai.
