Is New Chandigarh's infra-driven premium justified?

₹90 lakh for a 3BHK in New Chandigarh feels steep. Everyone's hyping the PR7 Airport Road and Mohali Airport expansion, but I honestly think prices in Aerocity are already inflated. Are any affordable investment windows left near these infra projects or is it all just builder marketing now? Change my mind.
