Is New Delhi real estate still a good bet?

₹1.8Cr for my 3BHK in Saket felt steep, but I bought it last month. Possession was in March. Honestly, I'm already seeing prices go up in nearby Greater Kailash. With the Delhi Metro Phase IV expansion, I'm wondering if I timed it right. Is New Delhi still a good investment, or has the market peaked? What are your thoughts on holding for 5 years?
