Did a site visit to Nimbus Express Park View 2 on Saturday. I'm looking for my first property in Noida Extension and it felt decent, but honestly, I'm so new to this, ab samajh nahi aa raha. For those living there, how's the actual daily life? Are the amenities like the gym or clubhouse well-maintained and genuinely useful, or just on paper? My main concern is livability, I don't want just a fancy brochure. Also, what's the scene with nearby schools and local markets? Is it convenient for daily needs or do you have to travel far? Any insights on the community vibe too would be super helpful, please!

Yaar, same pinch! Main bhi first-time buyer hoon aur Nimbus Express Park View 2 dekh ke aaya tha. Brochure mein toh sab kuch bada accha lagta hai, but real picture kya hai, wahi tension hai. Especially budget mein, ₹71 L se shuru hai but kya hidden costs bhi hain? Aur amenities kitni functional hain, yahi sab questions mere bhi hain.
