I'm looking at a 2BHK there, ready to move, which feels safer than under-construction for my first investment. But as an investor, I'm trying to figure out the actual long-term potential. What's the real rental yield people are getting here? Not just advertised, but actual numbers. Honestly, I'm curious about the price trend. How much has it appreciated since its launch? Is there still significant capital appreciation left for someone buying now, or has most of the growth already happened? My parents keep saying to check the neighborhood vibe. Worried about buying at the peak. Also, any insights on the investor vs end-user ratio? Don't want a ghost society.
