Yaar, I was actually looking at Nirala Estate II. Original post sunke thoda darr lag raha hai. Price range toh ₹1 Cr se shuru hai, itna invest karke agar 'real feel missing' ho toh kya fayda? Budget tight hai, so every penny counts. Is it really that bad for daily life? Koi aur option hai is budget mein?
