Honestly, bina site visit ke itna bada investment karna is a huge risk. Godrej ka naam hai, I agree, but Noida Extension mein development speed aur quality ka issue rehta hai. PoA ka process bhi complicated ho sakta hai, especially for NRIs. Kya aapne kisi trusted local lawyer se consult kiya hai?
