Is Noida Extension really safe for family?

Okay, I'll say what no one says: Everyone glorifies Noida Extension for affordability, but nobody talks about safety enough. My wife's priority is a safe environment for the kids. Need at least a 3BHK. I'm looking at Subhlaxmi Developers. Sector 154 seems better. But it's expensive! Noida Extension mein, how safe are kids actually? Is it worth paying extra for a better sector? Change my mind. Safe neighbourhood first, right? Tell me why I'm wrong.
