Is Noida Extension still a good bet for investment?

2BHK in Noida Extension going for ₹60 lakh now. ROI seems decent, but is it sustainable? I'm seeing a lot of new projects by Capital Infratechomes Pvt Ltd. Anyone have experience with them? Sector 126 seems safer, but way more expensive. What's the consensus on long-term growth there? Share your thoughts!
