Is NRI investment without visiting actually safe?

Visited VRL Constructions in Domlur last week. Mai toh khud real estate mein hoon, but apna ghar lena is different. NRI client wants to buy from abroad. Is it safe to invest without visiting? What are the approval hurdles for them?

Without visiting? Bhai, that's a huge NO. Especially in Bengaluru. VRL ka track record Domlur mein kaisa hai, anyone knows?
