Upgrading to a 3BHK feels like a huge jump right now. I'm currently in a 2BHK and considering OM APARTMENT. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just looks good on brochures? What's the real deal with amenities there? And how's the neighbourhood quality – schools, markets? Is the price jump justified for daily convenience?

Look, OM Apartment's location seems decent on paper, and for daily needs, there are markets developing in the vicinity, but the 'null' status and lack of clear information are major red flags. For a 3BHK, it's a big investment. Maybe explore some good resale options in established areas like Anand Niketan or even some newer projects in Aram Bagh with clear RERA numbers. Don't get swayed by fancy marketing without solid legal backing, especially when your budget is tight.
Forget the project for a minute, how's the actual neighborhood for families? Are there good schools nearby? And for daily needs, is the market well-stocked or do we have to travel far like in some parts of Anand Vihar?
That 'null' status worries me too. Has anyone checked their RERA registration? Or is there any actual possession date announced for OM Apartment? It feels risky to commit without proper legal status.
Given the 'null' status, definitely get a lawyer to check the land title and all approvals thoroughly before even thinking about booking. Don't rush into it based on just promises.
Haan yaar, delays are common now. So frustrating when you've invested so much!
U5, I tried checking, and there's no RERA registration for OM Apartment yet, which is a HUGE concern. Heard from a broker that they're facing some land acquisition issues. Plus, with the current real estate slowdown in Delhi, many projects are getting delayed indefinitely. Better to be safe than sorry, especially for a first-time buyer.
The amenities look great in their presentation, but the price per sqft seems a bit much for a new project. What about the actual construction quality once it starts?
OM Apartment? Bhai, I'm skeptical. 'Status: null' sounds like a red flag. Is the price jump really worth it for something so uncertain, especially when upgrading from a 2BHK is already a big step?
Totally agree with U1. Heard the builder is shady. Any specific issues you know of, U2?
Sahi keh rahe ho. This builder has a reputation. My cousin booked a flat with them near Alaknanda a few years back, and it's still stuck. They kept changing possession dates, and the quality of construction, when they finally started, was terrible. Don't just go by brochures, they always look good on paper.
