Is Omaxe Celestia Royal reliable for daily water needs?
Did a site visit to Omaxe Celestia Royal on Saturday. I'm fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. For a ₹78L flat, I noticed the water pressure seemed low on the 4th floor unit. Not sure if it's just that unit or a building-wide thing. Owners, is the water supply consistent? Any tank capacity issues or daily tanker dependency? Honest feedback appreciated.

Dekho, Omaxe Celestia Royal abhi under construction hai, 2028 tak toh bahut time hai. Water pressure issues can be fixed, hopefully. But what worries me more is the builder's history of delays. My cousin booked in one of their Mullanpur Garibdass projects and got possession 2 years late. ₹78L is a big investment, make sure you check their past projects' possession track record thoroughly, not just the water. Sometimes the 'deal' isn't worth the wait and hassle.
Maybe it was just that specific unit, U1? Sometimes lower floors have better pressure due to gravity. Have you checked other units on different floors or asked the site manager directly about the main water source? ₹78L is a lot, can't compromise on basics like water supply.
U5, gravity ka point sahi hai but modern buildings mein pressure pumps hote hain, toh har floor pe same hona chahiye. Agar nahi hai, toh problem hai. Manimajra mein bhi mere friend ke building mein ye issue aaya tha, baad mein bahut kharcha karna pada unko.
Exactly! Basic need hai pani. Is price point pe no compromise. Builders ko ye sab ensure karna chahiye before showing flats.
Bhai, Celestia Royal toh abhi ONGOING project hai, possession date 2028-01-01 hai. RERA number PBRERA-SAS80-PR0885, PBRERA-SAS80-PR0879. Abhi se pani ka issue kaise pata chalega? Jo flats dikha rahe hain, wo toh sample units honge ya temporary connections pe chal rahe honge. Kya kisi owner se baat ki aapne? Ya ye builder ka reputation hai jo U2 bol rahe hain?
Haan, reputation toh hai Omaxe ki. Delay karte hain aur amenities mein cut karte hain. Pani ka issue bhi common hai inke projects mein, especially jab construction pura nahi hota.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Ongoing project mein final water pressure ka idea lagana mushkil hai. Builders often use temporary connections for sample flats which can have lower pressure. Maybe that's why it felt low? But agar reputation kharab hai toh dhyaan se. Have you checked other Omaxe projects in New Chandigarh?
