Is Omaxe Gardenia worth the under-construction gamble?
I honestly think builder reputation matters way more than just the price tag. I'm looking at Uppal Marble Arch and Omaxe Gardenia Floors in Chandigarh. Marble Arch is ready, but it's super expensive. Gardenia Floors is under-construction, seems affordable for a first home. My parents keep saying 'ready-to-move is always better', but is Omaxe trustworthy for delivery? Also, I'm worried about the investor-to-end-user ratio in Gardenia; don't want a ghost society. For Marble Arch, how's the RWA and overall society vibe? Any actual resident experiences?

Marble Arch ka price range toh ₹4.5 Cr se ₹5.9 Cr hai, U1. Budget-conscious buyer ke liye toh yeh out of reach hai. Lekin, RWA aur society vibe ke baare mein koi bata sakta hai kya? Kya Marble Arch mein maintenance issues hain ya community events hote rehte
Yaar, main bhi first-time buyer hoon aur same dilemma mein tha. Mullanpur Garibdass mein ek project dekha tha, under-construction, builder ne itne promises kiye, but delivery ke time specifications change kar diye. Omaxe Gardenia ka investor ratio ka point bahut valid hai. Koi bhi society ghost town nahi honi chahiye, especially for a family. Check their past projects, especially the ones delivered around 2016-17, agar koi hai toh, tabhi trust karna.
Bhai, Omaxe ka track record Chandigarh mein utna achha nahi hai. Mere friend ne ek project mein invest kiya tha, 2 saal late mila possession. Ready-to-move ka tension hi nahi hota. Parents ki baat suno, woh sahi bol rahe hain.
But ready-to-move ka price difference dekho! Omaxe Gardenia agar budget mein aa raha hai, thoda risk toh lena padta hai.
Totally agree. Under-construction toh ek headache hai. Paisa bhi atka rehta hai.
